Brief Bio
Zehra Altinay is Chair of Societal Research and Development Center, Center of Excellence at Near East University. She is working at Faculty of Education as head of computer education and instructional technology department. She completed a master degree in the field of Educational Technology, Distance Education in Educational Sciences. Further to this, she completed PhD degree in Educational Administration and Management at Near East University. Then, she completed another doctorate programme in the field of Educational Technology at Middlesex University. She is working as Prof Dr. at Education Faculty. She is teaching doctorate, graduate and undergraduate degree courses. Zehra Altinay is the member of academic journals and she has national and international books, publications and research projects.

SCOPE

Open leadership is the crucial pattern of catching the developments of digital education. Nowadays, shift from traditional learning to digital learning requires considering digital competence of teachers, headmasters, learners and the families as well in order to provide inclusion, participative management within school culture. Within a frame of open leadership, developing digital competence, internalizing digital leadership and using communication information technologies for sharing and learning need to be highlighted.

PUBLICATIONS

After thorough reviewing by the special session program committee, all accepted papers will be published in a special section of the conference proceedings book - under an ISBN reference and on digital support - and submitted for indexation by DBLP, Web of Science / Conference Proceedings Citation Index, EI, Microsoft Academic, SCOPUS, Google Scholar and Semantic Scholar.
